Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing stintapp.work and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axon Synergy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Section 2

Not Legal Advice — No Attorney-Client Relationship

Stint is an information and research service. The content of any brief, report, letter, analysis, or other output generated by Stint does not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created between you and Axon Synergy LLC or any of its employees, contractors, or affiliates by your use of this service.

The information provided by Stint is for general informational and negotiation reference purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney who is familiar with the specific facts of your situation and the laws of your state.

You are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed employment attorney in your state before signing any separation agreement, severance agreement, or release of claims.

Section 3

Nature of the Service

Stint provides the following in exchange for a one-time payment:

All research is based on public records and publicly available information. Stint does not have access to your employer's internal documents, private HR policies, confidential agreements, or non-public data of any kind.

Section 4

Accuracy and Limitations of Public Data

WARN Act filings and other public records are maintained by individual state agencies and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Stint searches these databases in good faith but does not independently verify the accuracy of government-published data.

Industry benchmarks included in your brief are based on publicly reported information and may not reflect current market conditions, your employer's specific policies, or your individual employment circumstances.

Stint makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information contained in a brief. You should independently verify any information before relying on it in a negotiation.

Section 5

No Guarantee of Outcome

Stint does not guarantee any specific negotiation outcome, improvement in severance terms, or financial result from use of the service. The information provided is intended to assist you in making informed decisions — the outcome of any negotiation depends on factors entirely outside Stint's control, including your employer's policies, your specific employment circumstances, and applicable law.

Any testimonials, examples, or case references are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

Section 6

Payment and Refund Policy

Stint charges a one-time fee of $49 per brief. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize Axon Synergy LLC to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

Because Stint's deliverable is a digitally generated document that is delivered immediately upon completion of the research and generation process, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once your brief has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your brief, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Section 7

Privacy and Anonymity

Stint is designed with anonymity as a core principle. We do not collect your name as part of the intake process. The information you provide — employer name, state, role level, years of service, and severance offer — is used solely to generate your brief and is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's own privacy policy. Axon Synergy LLC receives confirmation of payment but does not store your full payment card details.

Your email address, if collected via the Stripe checkout process, is used only to deliver your completed brief. It is not added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Section 8

Permitted Use

The brief generated for you is licensed for your personal use in connection with your own employment separation. You may not:

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axon Synergy LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the service exceed the amount you paid for the specific brief giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axon Synergy LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
